About This CME Activity
This CME teaching activity offers the latest information to update subscribers on salient issues and developments in the non-invasive diagnosis of vascular disease. Faculty provide tips, protocols, and pitfalls so subscribers can implement these techniques and expand their clinical practices. The 2015 Non-Invasive Vascular Diagnosis CME Teaching Program includes presentations which were filmed at the "Symposium on Non-Invasive Vascular Diagnosis", a one-day session of ISET 2015 (International Symposium on Endovascular Therapy).
Target Audience
This CME teaching activity is intended and designed to offer educational opportunities to radiologists, vascular surgeons, neurologists, internists, and sonographers involved in cerebral or peripheral vascular non-invasive testing.
Educational Objectives
At the completion of this DVD CME activity, subscribers should be able to:
  • Discuss the newest techniques in the noninvasive diagnosis of endovascular disease, including venous and carotid imaging.
  • Assess new developments in vascular imaging.
  • Discuss the utility of ultrasound and Doppler imaging when used to evaluate the aorta, renal transplants and hepatic transplants.
  • Utilize ultrasound to evaluate the venous system of the upper and lower extremities.
  • Describe the appropriate role of ultrasound in the evaluation of the renal and hepatic arteries.
